Yes! A huge Gothic Charm School post has been written and sent off to the beta readers! Productivity was MINE.
… now I’m going to go take a bubble bath and read a vampire book.
Ha! The next Gothic Charm School post has been sent off to my (wonderful, brilliant, kind) beta readers! Now I do my evening exercises, set out tomorrow’s outfit, and go take a bath.
Alas, I didn’t get any writing done on the fiction project over the weekend, but I did get other things taken care of. I long for a day when I have a personal assistant and a butler.
Next GCS post = written and sent off to the beta readers! Whoo! Okay self, you get to bask in that glow of accomplishment for a few minutes, then you get back to writing that Other Project. Yes? Yes.
In case you missed it (what? You might have.), this is what the front page of CNN Living looked like when I was on it. (Eeeee!)
(Also, don’t read the comments. DON’T READ THE COMMENTS. Unless you find people being small-minded jerks to be hilarious.)
The next GCS post (an interview!) has been sent to the Finishing School of Flail, A.K.A. my awesome beta readers! Next, write a product review. Productivity, yes.
Ha! Take that, Brain. The next GCS post, sent off to the beta readers! Now to bask in the glow of productivity.
To repeat: The GCS site appears to be running clean after last night’s chaos, but PLEASE let me know if you see anything suspicious!
We did a restore from back-up and changed every password we could think of. The GCS site appears to be running clean, but PLEASE let me know if you see anything suspicious! Especially redirects to sites with “rr.nu” in them.
Dear Self, here’s the deal: if you finish writing the new GCS post and send it off to your wonderful beta readers, then you can take a break and change the buttons on your new grey velvet blazer. (Yes, I went Lestat-clothing shopping.) This, however, means you need to stop noodling around on Tumblr. Right now.
