In my head, this is one of the Monster High dolls dressing up as Mrs. Lovett. I have no idea if that’s what the artist intended, but that’s how I see it.

The Monster High Halloween costume dolls that were shown at Toy Fair 2012. Oh, the coveting. THE COVETING.

Yes, I want the Operetta Monster High doll. Even tho’ I am certain she’s impossible to find in stores right now.
