Speaking of special edition gothy magazines: NME Originals vol. 1, issue 17: GOTH. Yes, I just pulled this out of one of my boxes of gothy nostalgia.  (Special note to other ElderGoths: I also found a copy of the circa 2000 catalogue for Siren, ye olde gothy shop from Canada. Oh, the nostalgia! Quick, someone wave a clove cigarette around me.)
